This policy explains what data the PushDuel app collects, why it is needed, who it is shared with, and how you can delete it. By installing and using the app, you agree to what is described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
• Camera video is processed only on your phone and is never sent anywhere. We do not record or store a single camera frame.
• PushDuel requires an internet connection to use the app. Google sign-in is optional.
• If you sign in with Google, some account and workout data is stored in Firebase cloud services so that features such as your profile, leaderboard, friends list, and online Arena can work.
• We do not sell your data or provide it directly to advertisers ourselves.
The app saves the following on your phone: the name or nickname you entered; the profile photo you selected, if any; your country and interface language; the age and training goals you gave during first launch; the history of finished workouts (date, exercise, rep count); personal bests for each exercise; your day streak, level and experience; your in-app coin balance; your duel wins and losses; what you have unlocked with coins; how many rewarded ads you have watched today; the date of your first launch; and reminder, sound, theme and scanner-colour settings.
Some of this information is also synchronized to cloud services when you sign in with Google, as described in section 5.
Signing in with Google is optional.
If you sign in, Google provides us through Firebase Authentication with an account identifier, email address, display name, and a link to your Google profile picture. We use this information to associate your PushDuel account with your Google account and to provide account-related features such as your profile, leaderboard, friends, and online Arena.
You can use PushDuel without signing in with Google, but an internet connection is required to use the app.
When you sign in with Google, PushDuel sends and stores certain information in Google Firebase cloud services. This may include your user identifier, name or nickname, country, level, experience points, lifetime rep totals for each exercise, best single set for each exercise, the time of the last update, your invite code, and your friend list if you use that feature.
The cloud also stores your day-by-day training statistics and account-related information needed to synchronize your profile.
If you select a profile photo from your device gallery, the selected photo is stored with your PushDuel account so it can be restored with your account. The uploaded profile photo may be displayed next to your name to other players on the public leaderboard and in relevant social features.
When you start an online Arena match against a live opponent, the app creates temporary matchmaking information containing your name, level, and country flag so another player can find you. This temporary matchmaking record is deleted when the search ends or an opponent is found.
During an online Arena fight, your current rep count is sent to the cloud so your opponent can see your progress, and you can see theirs. The two players can see each other's name, level, and country flag during the match.
We do not send camera video or camera frames to the cloud. Your age and training goals are stored locally. Your coin balance and certain app settings are also synchronized to your private Firebase account data when you are signed in with Google.
The camera turns on only on the workout screen after you open it yourself. The image is analysed by the Google ML Kit Pose Detection library directly on your device, which locates body joints to count repetitions.
Camera frames are not saved to storage, written to a file, or transmitted to our servers or to Google for remote processing. The app does not record or store workout video. The camera switches off when you leave the workout screen.
If you add a profile photo, the app lets you select a picture from your device and crop it.
If you are signed in with Google, the selected profile photo is uploaded to your PushDuel account and stored with your account so it can be restored. The uploaded photo may be visible to other PushDuel users next to your name on the public leaderboard and in relevant social features.
If you do not select a photo, PushDuel can use your initial instead.
Gallery access is used only when you choose a profile photo. The app does not continuously browse your gallery in the background.
When you delete your PushDuel account, the profile photo associated with the account is deleted from our Firebase account data.
The app shows advertising through Google AdMob, including a banner and rewarded ads that you can start yourself to earn in-app coins.
Google AdMob is an independent data controller and may collect information such as your device advertising identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, device type, operating system information, and advertising interaction data. This information is collected and processed by Google for advertising and measurement purposes.

You can manage personalised advertising through your Android or Google advertising settings. Ads may still appear, but their personalisation may be limited.
The app can send workout reminders on the days and at the time you choose.
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. They do not contain your workout data and do not require our servers to deliver the reminder.
You can switch reminders off in the app profile or in Android system settings.
Camera — used to count repetitions during workouts. Workout tracking requires camera access.
Photos — used only when you choose a profile photo. Optional.
Notifications — used for workout reminders. Optional.
Internet — required for PushDuel to operate, including Google sign-in, online features, cloud synchronization, leaderboard, friends, Arena matchmaking, and advertising.
Run after restart — used only to restore scheduled workout reminders after the phone restarts. It does not collect personal data.
We use data to:
• count repetitions and show your progress;
• keep your workout history and personal bests;
• provide your profile and synchronize account information;
• operate the leaderboard and friends features;
• operate online Arena matchmaking and display match progress;
• award levels, achievements, and in-app coins;
• provide advertising and rewarded-ad features;
• send reminders when you enable them.
We do not use your data for credit scoring, insurance, employment decisions, or decisions affecting your legal rights.
Google LLC — as a provider of Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, ML Kit, and AdMob services used by PushDuel.
ML Kit Pose Detection processes workout camera frames on your device. Camera frames are not uploaded to our cloud database for pose processing.
Other PushDuel users — your name, country, level, and relevant results may be visible on the public leaderboard. During online Arena matches, your opponent can see your name, level, country flag, and current match progress.
We do not sell your data, sell it to data brokers, or use third-party behavioural analytics.
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, reset it, or uninstall the app.
Cloud account data remains while your PushDuel account exists and is deleted when you request account deletion, subject to any information that Google may retain under its own policies or legal obligations.
Temporary online Arena matchmaking information is removed when the matchmaking search ends or an opponent is found.
Local data: Open Profile, then Settings, then Reset All. This removes local workout history, records, coins, level, and settings. Uninstalling the app also removes local app data.
Cloud data and PushDuel account: Open Profile, then Delete Account. The app removes your PushDuel Firebase account data, including your name, country, level, lifetime reps, personal bests, profile photo, and other account information stored by PushDuel. It also removes your account from other players' friend lists where applicable.
Deleting your PushDuel account does not delete your personal Google Account. It only deletes your PushDuel account and its Firebase account data.
Account deletion cannot be undone.
If deletion fails, write to pushduel.support@gmail.com from the email associated with your PushDuel Google account. We will process the request and respond within 30 days.
You can also sign out from your PushDuel profile. Signing out stops the account from being used for new cloud-synchronized results, but it does not delete the existing account data.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
• obtain a copy of your data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Data transmitted between the app and cloud services is protected using encrypted connections.
Our Firebase database is protected by Firebase security rules. Local app data is stored in the app's private storage area.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
The app is not directed at anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data.
The first run does not accept an age below 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the app.
If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with data, please write to pushduel.support@gmail.com and we will review the request and delete the relevant PushDuel data where appropriate.
Google services used by PushDuel, including Firebase and AdMob, may process or store information outside your country, including in the United States.
By using PushDuel and its cloud-connected features, your information may therefore be transferred internationally. Such transfers are handled according to the applicable laws and the relevant Google service terms and privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy when features, services, or legal requirements change.
The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this document. Material changes may also be communicated inside the app.
